The terms on which you may use BE Logistics.
BE Logistics is operated by Black Ember Trading CC, Namibia. By using the platform you agree to the following.
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement, and — for business features — represent a legitimate transport, freight or trading business.
Keep your login secure and your details accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account.
BE Logistics is a platform that connects shippers, carriers and traders. We are not a party to the transport or sale agreements between users — those are between you and your counterparty. You are responsible for the legality of your goods, loads, permits and operations.
Registration, credits and per-load match fees are billed as shown on our Pricing page. Payments for goods and transport are settled directly between users; BE Logistics charges only its platform/match fees.
No unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or harmful activity; no misuse of other users' data; provide accurate listings and valid permits.
You keep ownership of your listings and documents, and grant us the licence needed to display and operate them on the platform.
You are responsible for holding valid permits (for example harvest and market permits) for the goods you trade or move.
The platform is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, BE Logistics is not liable for losses arising from transactions between users or from use of the platform.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or misuse the platform.
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of Namibia.
